The fruit of a long WORK
Plaxtech is the result of an intense research work that has led us to create an innovative eco-sustainable technology. The Company was set up to market a system that revolutionizes plastic moulding, using the low-pressure multiple injection technique.
The process called “Plaxtech System” is the result of a long testing process, started in the 1990s and recently completed, which has led to the industrialisation of a technologically advanced system.
Today, process know-how and the related patents are the wealth of Plaxtech, that is getting ready to face new market challenges.

PLAXTECH’s mission is based on an extremely innovative design idea: making an eco-sustainable system, highly productive and flexible, with a high yield and suitable for the low-cost production of eco-friendly products starting from recycled heterogeneous plastic materials.

Long testing and well-estabilished know-how
Thanks to the technology developed by the Plaxtech researchers, it is possible to process indistinctly different types of plastics safeguarding the quality of the finished product.
Moreover, the Plaxtech technology has created an innovative 100% eco-sustainable production process, which does not make use of natural resources and does not release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Those who use the Plaxtech technology can “recycle the already recycled product” thus generating a closed cycle process.
Plaxtech’s knowledge and experience in the field of low-pressure plastic moulding is the result of long research and is based on well-established know-how tested over years of excellent production.
A qualified team has carried out 8 years of intense applied research, 24 months of development activities, 28,000 hours of work and 3 years of pilot applications to test the production system at an industrial level.
Plaxtech, in turn, took 9 years (2010-2019) to complete the industrialization of technology on a serial constructive scale, developed on three phases of activity.
Advantages of the Plaxtech technology: The PLAXTECH system allows to significantly increase productivity halving production costs.

The PLAXTECH system has the peculiarity of using low-cost heterogeneous plastics as a raw material and of obtaining, through a special moulding system, industrial products with excellent performance standards.
